LEGAL DISCLOSURES

1. MEDevents, LLC is a Louisiana limited liability company.

2. MEDevents is not owned or managed by any healthcare professionals, including any licensed and unlicensed business professionals who play an active role in the healthcare supply chain. 

3. None of the participating healthcare organizations who host conferences and/or other events (including vendor fairs) in the medical industry (“Organizers”) and none of the licensed healthcare professionals affiliated with such Organizers (“Licensed Healthcare Professionals”) receive or accrue any monetary or financial benefit from their relationship with MEDevents (other than the administrative efficiencies associated with the use of MEDevents’ website/app to electronically communicate, connect and coordinate with participating vendors and/or vendor representatives in connection with such conferences, events and/or vendor fairs).

4. None of the subscription fees or other monetary amounts received by MEDevents from participating vendors and/or vendor representatives in return for their access to and use of MEDevents website/app (collectively, “Subscription Fees”) are shared with and/or paid to any Organizations and/or Licensed Healthcare Professionals.

5. Other than for the Subscription Fees which are paid to and retained by MEDevents, none of the monetary amounts paid by any participating vendors and/or vendor representatives — including any amounts related to exhibits, displays and/or sponsorships — in connection with any of the conferences, events and/or vendor fairs which are posted on the MEDevents website/app are either received by, pass through and/or distributed by MEDevents.

6. None of the proprietary or promotional materials (including promotional pieces) created by any participating vendors and/or vendor representatives will be solicited for tender and/or posted on MEDevents website/app. 

7. None of the intermediated communication methods allowed or facilitated through the use of MEDevents website/app contain features which obstruct auditing or monitoring transparency.  In the event that any participating vendors or vendor representatives desire to communicate with any of the Organizations and/or Licensed Healthcare Professionals, MEDevents’ website/app only allows for communications between such parties via email.

8. If a subscription to the MEDevents website and events portal has been purchased during the time period when a vendor or pharmaceutical company representative was employed by and/or otherwise affiliated with a particular pharmaceutical company (“Initial Pharmaceutical Company”), that subscription to the MEDevents website and events portal: (a) shall be non-assignable and non-transferrable; and (b) shall immediately terminate in the event that the vendor or pharmaceutical company representative at issue at any point thereafter is no longer employed by and/or affiliated with the Initial Pharmaceutical Company.

9. MEDevents cannot promise or guarantee that sufficient spots will be available for all subscribers, reps or vendors to participate in any events/fairs listed on the MEDevents website. Subscription fees paid to MEDevents will not be subject to return or reduction in the event that any subscriber, rep or vendor is unable able to sign up for any particular event/fair listed on the MEDevents website.
